Not at all. While we specialise in sports medicine, our services are open to everyone. We provide general practitioner and family medicine, physiotherapy, and travel medicine for individuals of all ages and activity levels — athletes and non-athletes alike.
We have two branches: 51 Burger Street, Medical Centre, Unit 2, Polokwane (0699) — and 35 Brittlewood Street, Dlamini, Soweto. You can reach our Polokwane branch on (015) 004 1749 and our Soweto branch on (011) 935 7175.
We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with our Sports Physicians at either branch.
Yes, we accept medical aid. Please contact us to confirm whether your specific scheme is covered.
We do accept walk-ins when a doctor is available, but booking is preferred so we can keep your wait time short and have the right doctor ready for you. You can book online or call us on (015) 004 1749.
No referral is needed — you can book physiotherapy directly with us. If you've already seen a doctor or have scans, reports or a surgeon's notes, bring them along so your treatment plan is informed by the full picture.
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks before you travel, since some vaccines take time to become fully effective and certain ones are given as a course over several weeks. If your trip is sooner, still book — we can often help last-minute travellers and advise on what's possible in the time you have.
