About Our Practice

Maybe you've picked up a winter sniffle or nicked yourself in the kitchen. Maybe you're living with a condition that needs steady, attentive care. Maybe you're finally lacing up to get fit, or you're a professional athlete chasing a personal best, nursing a sprain, or coming back from something torn or broken. Whoever you are, you belong here.

At Optimum Sports & Wellness Institute, we treat the whole person, not just the symptom in front of us. Our general practitioners, sports physicians, physiotherapists and travel medicine practitioners work side by side under one roof, so the weekend runner, the family booking a check-up, and the traveller heading overseas all get the right expert for the job. Expect honest, evidence-based advice every time: smart recovery plans for athletes, realistic support for anyone working toward a healthier weight, and proper precautions before you fly.

No matter your level of health or what you do for a living, our job is the same. We want to get you back to your best and keep you there.
